Four Corners Square
Urban Meets Suburban
Four Corners Square is a new mixed use development in White Lake, Michigan. W Investors Group acquired four different properties: a medical building, a retail shopping center, a residential property, and a gas station. The properties were all re-zoned to be one neighborhood of mixed use zoning.
Working carefully with city officials and community residents, W Investors Group has developed a site plan that includes, on the front half of the property, a restaurant with an outdoor patio with lake views of Cooley Lake, a 10,000 square foot shopping center anchored by Tim Hortons and Bank of America, as well as a stand alone Taco Bell.
On the back half of the property, W Investors Group worked in collaboration with LR Management to develop a 120,000 square foot multi-family community. This development will consist of 83 luxury urban lofts. Units will have a walk out balcony as well as top notch finishes including, custom designed kitchens with islands and quartz countertops, 9 to 11 foot ceilings, stainless steel appliances, Euro grade showers, as well as oversized windows with lake view. These lofts will include both one and two bedroom units.
The building will be filled with many amenities including, but not limited to:
- Underground secured parking
- Fitness room
- Cardio room
- Business center with wifi
- Club room with billiards table and coffee bar
- Outdoor deck with fire-pit
- Secured Amazon equipped package room
